What are the verifiable facts that we know? These are not assumptions, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒔.
What do we not know, but need to know?
What action, if any, do we need to take now, based on the facts?
What are we doing to support those negatively impacted by the situation?
What is our internal message to the balance of the organization?
What is our holding statement, in case we are contacted by a member of the press?
